Elizabeth Castle Hire picture page

This splendid fortification can accommodate a marquee on the main green for up to 500 people and is an ideal venue for a civil wedding and reception or corporate ball. The main green offers beautiful views across St Helier. Amphibious vehicles will take your guests on the twelve-minute trip across the water or beach to the Castle, where pre-dinner drinks can be organised either on the green or in the Governor's House.

The Governor's House was built in the 1590s, and was where Charles II lived during his short stay in the 1640s. This beautiful building is ideal for pre-dinner drinks or for a intimate wedding reception or corporate dinner. The house boasts a beautiful granite fireplace and wooden floor, giving it a tranquil ambience. A lean-to marquee can be erected, allowing room for dancing.

In order create a unique experience for you and your guests we can arrange a guided tour of Elizabeth Castle.
