General Programme

The Jersey Heritage Education Services department tries to improve visitors' museum experience by using direct contact with our staff and volunteers, designed to bring the past to life. As you go around Jersey Heritage museums and castles there are three different types of living history programmes; these are

• Meeting the past - live interpretation using costumed actors and storytellers;

• Show me how - demonstration of various traditional crafts;

• Tell me about it - guides and enhancers.
