His wife, Polly, provides support during this rare off-duty moment. Flour Power Morning, 2 April Watch our bakers hard at work kneading dough for our famous Jersey cabbage loaves. Sample the delicious hot bread as it is brought out of the old brick oven. Creature Comforts Daily, early morning and late afternoon Jonathan cares for the Hamptonne animals. He is an organic dairy farmer with his own farm and dairy herd to tend. Talk to him about the history of farming in Jersey, meet the animals and help bottle-feed the cute and dainty calves. Quality Quilts Daily The Caesarea Quilters’ Group will be demonstrating their work throughout the season. Items of traditional handiwork will be available to buy.
